To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and beauty products unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side. Lumivelle Skin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
